I know it doesn't sound much but when the goal is to lose 30 and I'm going up it just makes it a little bit harder.<br /><br />I can't wait to get the books and start reading. I know I could have done it via Kindle but I really do like having something physical in my hand.<br /><br />Lunch:<br /><br />2 hummus sandwiches with a nectarine and plum<br /><br />for dinner I pigged out.<br /><br />Rainbow trout with brown rice and veggies and cheesecake...3 pcs...yummm technically it was sugar free, but still 3 pieces...ouch! did I mention a piece of chocolate with marshmallow and caramel inside...(shaking head in shame)Brown Briquettehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12993899079526193147noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2396088956909928656.post-76995195009350860432010-03-03T21:56:00.000-08:002010-03-04T07:38:41.027-08:00Day 3my diet today was<br /><br />Breakfast:<br /><br />instant oatmeal with walnuts and raisins (obviously I don't change my habits very often) with Korean ginseng red tea with my prenatal vitamin <br /><br />Lunch:<br /><br />walnut, cranberry spinach salad (the package said 2 servings of 240 calories each) wow, that's a lot but I ate it all (insert embarrassed face) and a hummus sandwich with chicken, lettuce and avocado<br /><br />snack:<br /><br />string cheese, yogurt parfait<br /><br />Dinner:<br /><br />chicken and yams with avocado and hot sauce.<br /><br />Today I went to RiteAid and purchased folic acid pills and calcium pills, I figured it wouldn't hurt plus I went to the dentist and told the dentist I'm going to try to get pregnant.<br /><br />My dentist told me that might gums might bleed, but to keep flossing and brush all the way through because its going to make me gag. Get knowledgeable<br />2. Eat healthy<br />3. Start Prenatal Vitamins<br />4. Lose some weight<br /><br />I'm an average size 10 (give or take) and I want to keep being this size, so I figure if I lose some weight by the time I give birth I can go back to my old clothes...wishful thinking? probably...but I'm going to give it a try!<br /><br />What I ate today:<br /><br />Breakfast:<br />1 packet of instant oatmeal added raisins and walnuts<br /><br />Lunch:<br />yogurt parfait (low fat vanilla yogurt, right choice granola and blackberries and blueberries and raspberries)<br /><br />Dinner:<br /><br />Steamed white jasmine rice, a huge yam with light butter and zucchini with low fat Mexican style cheeses<br /><br />ummm Desert????
